Know the sensations that your body expresses. Knowing how it communicates with you is essential to understand many of the things that happen to us. We teach you to put yourself in scanner mode, internal and external.

Today we are going to become aware of our body and give it the attention it deserves

It is our vehicle of life and the length of our stay in this world depends on its health, so it is of vital importance to consider it and give it the care it needs

On this occasion I ask you to please settle in, lying on your back on a bed or sofa where you can stay for a few minutes without interruptions, in silence and away from all distractions

Are you ready? Here we go then

Start paying attention to your breathing, gently take in air through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth

Feel how your chest fills and slowly empties

Relaxed

Unhurried

I want you to start feeling your feet, visualize your toes and go little by little through them until you reach the ankle

Continue up through your legs to your knees and from there up through your thighs, becoming conscious

of the strength of all of your muscles, of the wonderful capacity for movement

that they allow you to have

Continue the bodily journey through the part of your genitals, the creative quality that they harbor and your sexual energy

It now goes up your spine through your back, put consciousness into the structure of it, the strength of your bones that gives consistency to your body and keeps you firm and upright at all times

Also through it the electrical energy of your brain moves, reaches your center and distributes the frequency throughout your body

Isn't it wonderful? Continue now going through your arms, from your shoulders to the tips of your hands

Feel how the blood circulates through them, pumping your heart, rhythmically, at ease

Expand your love to through its conduits, leaving a trail of energy that invades your body

Turn now towards your neck and go to your face, move your eyebrows upwards and towards your face

down and relax the facial muscles surrounding the eye

Move your mouth while gesticulating exaggeratedly

and allow that whole area to relax as well

Pay attention to the breath as it gently passes through your nose

Do you feel something in your body? What bodily sensation do you have right now? Do you have any discomfort in any part of your body? It is important that you pay attention to it and know how to detect what it is telling you at every moment

Take a minute to breathe and listen to what your body is trying to tell you right now

Okay, what have you experienced? Slowly open your eyes
