My sincere congratulations on getting here. In this final stage we will put the finishing touch to this process to culminate by raising our consciousness to the maximum possible. During the next 3 episodes you will take a step beyond Mindfulness making use of your compassion, your surrender and your love for what it is. We are going to merge with the true essence of our human nature and you will learn to live the present with fullness and acceptance, without buts or objections. It will help you settle and deepen what you have previously learned and will give you a higher level of consciousness. It will leave a very significant mark on you and will make your life more meaningful, enjoying a sense of pleasant well-being and inner peace to face the new challenges that arise in your day to day life. For this stage you will only need a place where you are comfortable and quiet and a pen and paper. If you feel ready, then it is time to move on.
