Writing and reading become really rewarding activities when we do them outdoors. Grab a pen and paper to do today's exercise. A beautiful writing exercise that you will develop in the middle of nature, in connection with the earth.
For today I would like to invite you to take a notebook and a pen and go outside
Whatever the environment will do for you
You don't need it to be the city or nature, any place will do
This is an exercise of attention to the exterior that will help you to perceive what surrounds you in a more conscious way
Set aside 10 minutes of today to go out with your notebook and pen somewhere where you can sit down
I want you to write in it, without looking for anything specific to write, you don't need it to rhyme, nor the words to be beautiful, nor a good story to tell
I just want you to let your creativity flow and write about everything that happens around you, whatever it is, without judging it, without labeling it good or bad, beautiful or ugly
Write it as it is
Don't write with your mind, let yourself be carried away by what your spirit receives
Feel inspired by admiring everything there is, people passing by, animals, trees, the ground, the doors, the lampposts
Everything works
Everything is magic
Write what happens as you live it
This will remind you to live in the present moment away from the distractions of everyday life
and it will also calm your mind
Writing is a very therapeutic art that I recommend you to practice often
When you have an intense emotion, take the paper and release it on it, expressing what happens to you and how you feel at that moment
