The mind stops, and with this cessation the personal, temporal and spatial dimensions cease to exist. Then it is possible to glimpse a new dimension previously only intuited. Authentic silence is internal and is born from our soul. It flows all the time without ceasing like fresh spring water. So, even if you speak, think, cry or laugh, project yourself into your emotions or are immersed in action ... there is always silence.
