Practicing mindfulness allows us to learn to react at the exact moment, it is to recognize what is happening while it is happening, and thus, to see the enormous possibilities we have in life. The important thing about this lifestyle is that we can disconnect from the situations that generate stress and anxiety, that we stop living on automatic pilot mode and stop to think, enjoy and feel every moment of our lives.
