Mindfulness or mindfulness is a lifestyle that allows you to know how to enjoy each moment. Practicing mindfulness allows us to learn to react at the exact moment, it is to recognize what is happening while it is happening, and thus, to see the enormous possibilities we have in life. The important thing about this lifestyle is that we can disconnect from the situations that generate stress and anxiety, that we stop living on automatic pilot mode and stop to think, enjoy and feel every moment of our lives. Put this mindfulness exercise into practice and end with thanking the universe for your unique and wonderful existence.
