Today we are going to learn what we have forgotten

To relearn to transmit to the world what we really are, our true essence, love

When we vibrate in love and not in fear, everything flows, we receive positive responses to our actions and we become more aware of what we are, our true essence

When we live in fear, we block ourselves, things don't seem to go as we would like and we feel unpleasant emotions such as anger, envy or loneliness

becomes beautiful flowers and delicious fruits

If we move away from this perception, we feel separated from the world and from our fellow men, and therefore we are distant from love

We live a true miracle and we are capable of working true miracles

Be aware, our planet made up of water, earth, fire and air revolves around itself

and around a great ball of fire

At the same time we are accompanied by a satellite that controls the movements of the water of our planet, which in turn is part of another large planetary ecosystem

We are part of it along with minerals, plants and animals

Share your joy with those around you and show your love for this magical world you inhabit

Caring and respecting our fellow travelers and expanding our love for them and for ourselves

Next I want you to find a comfortable and quiet place, sit with your back straight and both your back and your back straight
