In previous sessions we have done the exercise of paying attention on different areas of our life, now we would like you to focus on the universe. Through this guided meditation you will put all your attention on the universe, going through the whole existence of planet earth until you reach the deepest part of your being. The last step is to put the focus on your existence, on you.
When you are ready we start
Remember to find a quiet space and lie down completely
Make sure your back is completely resting on the surface
and that your neck is relaxed
Start by paying attention to your breathing, do it comfortably, feeling how the air enters your body, raising your abdomen, your chest, expanding your ribs
Watch as it comes out of you gently
Now I want you to visualize yourself lying down in that place where you are and slowly moving up
Going out of the four walls where you are to go farther and farther progressively
Passing the treetops of the trees around you, visualizing your building from above and going higher and higher progressively, until it goes through the clouds
You feel light, completely relaxed, floating and feeling the coolness of the clouds
He continues to breathe softly, filling yourself with the pure air that surrounds you and keep visualizing yourself rising higher and higher
Little by little you get to see your city from the heights, then your country, then your continent and so on it goes up so much and so relaxed, that you get to see the whole planet
You keep breathing and with each exhalation you get farther and farther away from it
You pass into the darkness of space, in motion, leaving the Earth farther and farther away, contemplating its beauty from above and moving away little by little, until on your right you see the moon passing by, radiant, full of light and energy and it is moving away and giving way to darkness, to silence, to calm
You look to your left and there is something that emits a lot of light, you feel suddenly, a lot of heat, a lot of energy and you start to pass close to the Sun, huge, active, brilliant
Breathe consciously and take in its positive energy
You slowly increase the speed of your journey and you move away faster and faster, leaving a beautiful trail in your wake
Passing by planets, stars, until leaving the solar system
Going out to the dark space, magnificent
You can see in the distance different galaxies with intense colors and beautiful lights, you breathe taking from that place its loving energy
You are filled with peace, you feel like a divine being
You are slowly falling again, coming back through our system, skimming the stars, the planets, the sun, the moon and entering the earth, piercing the clouds and coming back little by little placing you on a forest humid, full of vegetation
And spinning as you fly over the planet you can see a great ocean, you cross it leaving a ripple in the water
You rise and get to see great wonders of the world
You cross icy mountains, active volcanoes, deserts with sand dunes, wild jungles, cities full of skyscrapers, pyramids, plains of green meadows, large expanses of water crystalline
You visualize yourself lying down again, relaxed, smiling, full of energy, full of light
A wonderful and complete being who is part of all that beauty that he has been able to contemplate
Go little by little moving, waking up
Lie on your right side and gently sit up
