This visualization will help you flow with the essential energies. Self-forgiveness, compassion, and forgiveness of others will help you to let go and trust.
It's the perfect time to let go of old resentments
Surely you also have some wound caused by others or by yourself
We were taught that forgiveness was a mere tool to facilitate our relationships
and resolve conflicts in a polite way, but forgiveness goes much further
If forgiveness is not born in the heart, from the deepest part, it is completely superfluous and useless

That do not heal our wounds at all
That's why I think it's good that you really free yourself and internalize a deeper and truer forgiveness, one that makes you feel truly good with yourself and with others
Let's do a neurolinguistic programming exercise that I usually recommend to those who ask for my help, it's called the forgiveness card
Please go and get a paper and a pen and see to it that during the next few minutes nobody interrupts you
Choose a quiet, secluded place, away from any possible distraction
It is important that you connect with your inner self and be as honest as you can be with yourself
Okay, start by taking a deep breath connecting with your center
placing yourself in the present moment
Breathe slowly and search within yourself for those open wounds, locate those emotions unhealed and willing to accept them
Start by writing: "I forgive myself for
" and then put those things on the sheet of paper
that you think you did wrong, those things you allowed others to do to you, those things you say to yourself that you know hurt you
Hit pause, write it all down and let it go
Once you have it, come back to me
You have already written on the paper all the things you want to forgive yourself, now it is time to feel what things you want to forgive yourself
you want to forgive the rest of the people and be compassionate
Remember you are love and even though you are hurt it's time to let go and let everything continue to flow without putting up any barriers
You are growing a lot on a personal level and this will be one more step towards continue progressing
It is not a momentary forgiveness, it will be a progressive forgiveness and this exercise is just a first step towards healing
Write now on the sheet who you forgive and why you forgive them, hit pause and once you're done I'll be here waiting for you
Finally you have released it
Those emotions were blocking your energetic flow and from now on, they will not be an obstacle again
Free yourself from anger, from resentment, from the desire for revenge, of sadness, all that is part of the past and now there is only the now, love, forgiveness, compassion
Those people and even yourself when you have hurt yourself in some way, they didn't have the level of consciousness enough to realize the damage done
Pity them or yourself
for those acts or words of ignorance and forgive them, forgive yourself
Manifest your understanding
All that was necessary but in wise lessons were great teachers
Express your gratitude for the present moment, for this moment of lucidity, of loving feeling, of deep and sincere forgiveness

Allow yourself to purge, express your emotions now
Cry if you need to, scream if you want to
or channel your anger with a cushion or a pillow
Free yourself from all that hurts you and no longer serves you

If you have the chance burn it safely, let the fire take away all the negative
If you can burn your forgiveness card, practice yesterday's exercise, contemplate how the fire consumes little by little all the paper and stay present while you do it
Otherwise you can break it with your own hands but make sure you make it present, with awareness of all that you are letting go, of all that you are letting go
You are opening the door to new opportunities, to growth, to a loving way of living your life focusing on the now, leaving the past behind
