Listening with the whole being is not limited to hearing or understanding. It demands emptying all the faculties, and when the faculties are empty it is the whole being that listens. It will be there when we will have rid ourselves of all preconceptions and prejudices. When we express ourselves openly and are vulnerable, we want to know what the other is feeling, what they are thinking and if they understand what we are expressing. When our hearts are small our understanding and compassion are limited and we tend to suffer. We do not accept others and demand that they change. When, on the contrary, our hearts expand, the little things do not affect us and our understanding and compassion will allow us to accept others and thus enjoy what we radiate. In today's exercise we will pay special attention to the sounds that we have selected for you. Relaxing sounds with different vibrational frequencies with which you will feel emotions that will make you wake up. Let yourself go.

We are used to listen without paying full attention, without really paying attention to what we hear and without having a deep understanding

For example, it happens to us in conversations, we are used to be more attentive to what we are going to answer than what they are telling us

As a result, our relationships are poor and superficial

The same happens with our life if we don't pay attention to the sonorous details, we are going to miss an important part of it

of the information that comes to us

We are not aware of this and sometimes as a consequence we live in the future, forgetting the importance that the now

The sense of hearing can help us to live more fully the present and that's why today I have prepared for you an auditory tasting, which I am sure you will love

I want you, as I usually ask you this is in a place far away from all distractions and silence your cell phone

For today you'd better lie down, but if you can't, it's okay if you do the exercise sitting down

I want you to concentrate all your attention on the breath, to be fluid and relaxed, without forcing any pause between inhalation and exhalation

Feel how all your muscles stop contracting, little by little

they are relaxing and you feel lightness in your body

Your breath flows like water flows in our planet

Listen attentively how the drops fall

The rain gave way to the sun, feel its energy

Listen attentively to what is happening in the environment while you continue breathing in a relaxed way

Like your breathing, the swaying of the leaves of the trees that accompany you, they move softly and rhythmically, in the same rhythm as you

In the shelter of the wind

Feel the warmth and comfort that the fire gives you, listen to it actively

And now, I want you to listen very attentively and remain in a state of mindfulness, with the following sound

If any thought comes to you, let it pass, without judgment and continue to concentrate on the sound

Slowly wake up by wiggling your fingers and toes, progressively opening your eyes, moving your feet and hands, lay down on your side before getting up and do it very softly, without hurry

I would love you to transfer this exercise to your daily life, paying more attention to what you hear

Listen to every detail of this conversation that you have, of the dog barking in the distance, of the cars passing by

Pay attention to all the nuances and don't judge, just receive the information with love

and let it go, living in the now
