Vinyasa Yoga is a style that combines tradition and modernity, emphasizing the synchronization of the breath while working on strength and coordination through movement, flowing in each asana. Breathing is key so that it is not simply about executing postures. During the class you will notice a pleasant sensation of flow, achieving a strong and elastic body, the energy level increases, the back is strengthened and frees, and the emotions are calmed and stabilized.
