This class begins with a meditation aimed at bringing awareness inward. You will explore different standing postures to gain strength and increase your stability on the mat and also outside of it in your day to day life. The postures are intertwined through breathing. It is an intermediate level practice that will give you presence and determination, with poses such as Trikonasana, Ardha Chandrasana, the Warriors and Paschimottanasana, ending with a final relaxation in Savasana.
