Welcome Stage 1: Awakening

Description    

Welcome to this introductory course on Mindfulness. In this initial stage we are going to dawn of the great dream in which we normally live thanks to 7 reflections and exercises to gradually introduce ourselves into mindfulness. We will learn how to become aware of the present moment, how to abandon the automaton lifestyle, how to silence our constant mental radio, how to live with full acceptance, how to relax and leave space in our daily routine for what is essential, as well as connect with our be more pure and intuitive. This stage will help you to be more awake to the positive things in your day to day, it will reduce your stress levels and will make up the essential phase of your spiritual awakening. You are going to need a place where you can be comfortable and in solitude and you really want to open your mind to new paradigms of thought. If you are ready, you can continue doing this training.
