I always use to say that to know better how to take care of our well being, the ideal is to represent all our aspects as if they were the copulative verbs of our language, Spanish
Copulative comes from the Latin copula which means nexus or union and in this same way these are connected, but we will always treat them in order of priority: first ser, then be, then seem
Being is composed of our body and our spirit because they are the true
Being consists of our mind and emotions, because they are transitory states, transient
Appearance is about beauty, our appearance and ultimately the most superficial layer of ourselves
because it is only a reflection of our inner self and it is very subjective, it depends on who is looking at us
In this way we must take care of our being, nourishing our body well, in a natural way and as little as possible
processed as possible, resting correctly, doing physical exercise and connecting with nature
As well as taking care of our spiritual side which is also part of who we are

Thoughts are not us
Neither are our emotions, are only physical reactions to our thoughts

When you breathe in through your nose it sounds something like "SO", when you exhale air through your nose it sounds something like "HAM"
Mentally repeat these syllables with the rhythm of your breath

Listen carefully now to the silence between "SO" and "HAM", the Buddhists say that in that silence there is room for our true essence
