Today's exercise will focus on conscious breathing with the help of visualizing colors and textures.

For today we are going to perform a conscious breathing exercise, with which I intend that in addition to relax you you enter in connection with yourself and you will be able to recognize your inner power

Settle into a seated position, with your feet on the floor and your hands resting on your thighs, close your eyes, push away all distractions and allow yourself to be in these next few minutes that we will spend together

Breathe in slowly through your nose

Fill with the abdomen and empty it slowly, expelling it through the mouth

Do this breath by yourself, repeating it about three times

and concentrating on the air going in and out of you

Now I want you to visualize the air in the room around you

of a particular color, whichever you prefer

Imagine how it enters you, filling every corner of your being, you become more and more luminous

and the energy of this color invades you, leaving in you a feeling of well-being

You feel pure, calm, completely at peace with yourself and the world

Enjoy this breath visualizing that color going in and out of you

Imagine now a texture for that air, soft, delicate, uniform, light, enters your body through your nose purifying you and making you soft, delicate and light

Your whole body is very relaxed and you feel light, you are pure essence

At expelling that air comes out a little bit darker, denser, it takes all the negative energy with it, the worries, the guilt, the sorrows, there is nothing heavy left

within you

Breathe and feel that sensation of freedom that leaves the colored air that you introduce in your body

Gently enters through your nose and exits through your mouth

And now, little by little, open your eyes

moving every part of your body, without hurry
