15 Primary Responses

Description

Emotions are behavioral, physiological and subjective reactions, activated by information from the external and / or internal world of the individual. These reactions can be rejection, if we experience these stimuli as dangerous or attractive, if we experience them as attractive or pleasant. We could say that they are a system of signals that encourage us to make changes to take action. Our expert in Ayurveda will help you better understand those primitive or primary responses that our body has based on our emotions.
