Depending on the images you focus on, your body will take you to a different state of mind. An example of this is the sensations that run through your body when you watch a horror movie. In this case, our body responds in a stressful way, tending to release adrenaline, cortisol, among others. An interesting session awaits you in which you will answer many of the questions that concern you.

The images, can have a profound healing effect on our physiology

Depending on the images we choose, in which we choose to focus our attention, our body and our mind, trigger a response, for example, when we choose images that we can find in nature, a nice garden, the movement of the waves on the ocean, the movement of the clouds in the sky

This kind of images, has a healing effect on physiology

Chemicals that produce our brain, are chemicals that lead us to relaxation, to pleasure, to the opening, to a state of expansion, of relaxation

Meeting you when for example, we have seen a horror movie, a scary movie, so in the same way our body responds, only it responds in a different way it contracts, is a response to stress, because it sees something outside that causes stress, it causes tension, rather we tend to feel fear and the hormones that are released, well they are the stress hormones, adrenaline, cortisone, cortisol

These types of hormones that rather, lead us to contract and that when we are exposed a environments that are not visually healthy for us, an accumulation of this type of reactions in our organism, can also trigger an accumulation of stress and lead us to develop some kind of disease

It is recommended to be in contact with nature, when we are in contact with nature, we all have that feeling, of expansion, of relaxation

and healing as well

It really has a healing, healing effect for our body-mind physiology

At least once or two a month, allow yourself be in a completely natural environment, let yourself be absorbed by nature, experience all this goodness that

that we feel when we are in contact with nature

This helps your well-being, your health, promotes body-mind balance

When we focus on the images visuals, and for a while we focus our attention there, for this too, it's considered a form of meditation, because we are focusing on a virtual image

Which may be as we said before, some environment natural, follow some pace of nature, or it can also be see attentively to a candle

Today, we want to share a meditation, in which, we are going to focus the attention on a figure called "sri yantra", and little by little, we are going to describe the process and we are going to expand our view, giving meaning to each one of the figures that the "sri yantra" shows us

To begin, we focus attention on the center of the "sri yantra", the "bindu"

This little circle in the center is called "bindu", and represents the unity of the universe at a single point

Then, we expand the view and focus the attention on the triangles surrounding the bindu

The triangles pointing to upward, represent the masculine energy; the triangles pointing upward represent the downward, represent female creativity

Then we expand the view and we see the circles that enclose these triangles, and these circles, represent the continuity of the cosmic cycles, also, they remind us infinity of time

Then we focus the attention on the petals

that open like a lotus flower, this opening of the petals symbolize the opening of our heart, opening to wisdom, to understanding

Then we see that these petals are surrounded by a square, and this square signifies the illusion of the limits imposed by our senses, that make us believe that we are well delimited, well separated from our surroundings

And we see in this square, four doors that open and these doors, symbolize the opening of knowledge from the outer world, from the world of forms, to our inner self

Now for a moment, let your eyesight, gently relax, and observe the whole figure of the "sri yantra"

Now you know the symbology, the meaning, of each one of these figures, allow them to become integrated into your consciousness

Let your sight expand and then, from the outside in, we are reversing the process, from the outside in, going back to the center point, to the "bindu"

In Ayurveda we can use the forms and the colors, to balance the doshas

For balancing vata, we can use the colors of the earth and moderately active figures; to balance pitta we can use refreshing colors like: white, blue, greens

And to balance kapha, we can use figures more active, better defined, and vibrant colors, colors that stimulate our vision, and to stimulate as well, our physiology

You know that images have a very important effect on our physiology

your physiology and that you can use them to balance yourself, to create greater well-being and greater health

Use the colors too, to activate, let's say in the way in the colors that you use to wear and the colors you decorate with your home or your work environment

Use the images and their healing effect to balance yourself
