Connecting with nature means putting aside the belief that we are so important, almost divine, and realizing once and for all that we are human, belonging, like animals, to this world that we understand little but that has a established natural order and what it is, whether we like it or not. We have to start embracing our own biology, what the body asks of us, abandon our self-imposed obligations and begin to enjoy more of what we are passionate about, of our nature.
