The concept of the sense organ is very important as it helps us to relate to the environment and can help us to balance and heal ourselves. Throughout this session we will learn how to interpret these sensory experiences, towards external stimuli, affect our body and we can use them to our benefit. We must pay special attention to the auditory sense and you are going to do a small relaxation exercise chanting mantras.
