Description    

In this yoga session for sport, you will find a practice for hip opening. It is highly recommended to work the hips opening if we usually train intensively, as the muscle gets used to a very short and limited movement. The proposed postures will help you to give more range and variety of movement, with several postures both standing, sitting and lying down.
