Here we are again with you in a new chapter of meditation, on conscious television

In us not everything is white, not everything is black, in us there are parts that are beautiful, there are parts that are less beautiful, to go through the life knowing what we want to achieve, we have to go very conscious of what doesn't go, but very conscious of what is going

To be able to dwell in us, in that positive part, what is called to have a self-esteem and that is positive self-esteem

Today's meditation is going to be for awareness in that place, that from that place you can walk in this life

I wish you a happy meditation Satnam meditator, here we meet again, to continue to walk the path of transformation

What better than to feel at ease with ourselves to walk and reach our desires, to our dreams

Whenever we walk our feet absorb the energy of the earth, the plants well connected with the ground and we start moving our body to release it, to unblock it, to let everything flow

Breathe in, raise your hands as if they were the wings of a great bird

Breathe out

Breathe in, bend your knees slightly, take your left hand to your heart and your right hand to your right hand goes backwards and when exhaling you change the movement

Make this movement fluid, inhaling to one side and exhaling to the other

Gently

Slow motion

And mentally repeats the mantra: I am, I am

Feel the breeze in the air in your hands, in your arms and your smooth movements and fluids as if you were caressing a field of green grass

I am

I am

Slowly you stop the movement, until your arms are open and parallel to the ground

Breathe in, fill yourself with all the air of the universe, enlarge your heart, love yourself, exhale, lower your arms

Perceive the sensations in your body of more freedom, of more fluidity

The breathing we will do today opens the heart chakra with the movement of the arms

Let's do breaths raising and lowering the arms above the head

We inhale in one, the backs of the hands touch, we exhale in one

We inhale in two beats, we exhale in one

Inhale in three

exhale in one

We inhale on four, maximum lung capacity, exhale in one

And now let's repeat the breath, this time with the eyes closed

and we go into a visualization

Feel the earth beneath your feet, imagine you are on the crest of a mountain, the wind blows and you feel it all over your skin

You feel a feeling of freedom, of greatness

We inhale, we raise our arms, they touch the backs of your hands, exhale through the nose, gently lower them

We inhale in two and notice that fresh air, in this place, you exhale in one

We inhale in three

Stretch well your spine, stretch well your arms to the sky, exhale

Inhale again, stretch your arms like great wings

You stay with the air in your lungs

feeling the wind on this ridge of the mountain and exhales gently, your wings

And so, in this place with a great horizon in front of you, with all the possibilities of the world at your fingertips

At altitude, bird's eye view you feel unique, there is no one like you, you deserve the best in life

You love yourself and you love others

Enjoy this feeling of fullness while concentrating your attention on the breath

How are you doing? Come out of this meditation little by little

As we always say, in the way that works best for you

and come with the awareness of that part of you that is well, and come with the consciousness that you have what you have and be what you may there is no choice but to walk to be happy in this life for what you have

I am aware of this, if it helps you write it down in your personal observation notebook, highlight it is part of you that maybe you have forgotten, so give value to it and express it in your way of living

Highlight those parts of you that maybe you have forgotten, that's what we ask you today, that you express it, to live the day from that place, from your self-esteem
