[Sound] welcome and welcome a meditation warrior  meditation warrior today as it says my greeting is   meditation to be a warrior exercise  strength confidence trust security loyalty the warrior   knows how to differentiate between cravings and real needs  differentiate what are the real needs   needs that lead you to be happy to have a life  to have a life so that you are aware of the   life of your life the warrior knows how to differentiate what is  what is a short term happiness and what is a short term   the solid happiness that lasts forever the  warrior for the just and not for the capricious   enjoy this meditation and find the warrior  the warrior in you namaste   this is marisa meher we meet to awaken our inner warrior as always the body   must accompany us so the first thing is a  posture anchored to the ground the soles of your feet and the   feet must absorb the energy of the earth  and from there we walk from there we move forward   I explain the trick that has helped me the most to do this

me to do this first you stick one heel on the   and then you open the sole of your foot by separating the  your thumb and the little toe apart in a way that   that you feel the solid base and you do the same thing  with the other foot you bend or micro flex the   knees and from there we can start working  today we put an intention to our meditation   what is it that you wish to achieve where you are directing  your steps keep it within yourself and we do the   next practice stretch your back the chest  open to the front open to the world the foot   right turn to the right the left foot inwards  open the arms parallel to the ground the left foot inwards   palms downward feet wider than hip width apart inhale descend   we bend the right leg keeping the verticality of our spine  verticality of our spine if you feel   that there is little space in your legs you take a little step forward maybe this way you will feel better

open your arms as if you were going to fly, you close your right hand  your right hand and leave your thumb pointing to the   and you look at that finger and with your left hand you tighten the  and with your left hand you draw the string of your bow you stare and aim at the target  to your desire you take a long and deep breath [Sound] inhales through nose long and deep again   [Sound] and as you exhale you release the string of your bow  you shoot at your target and you hit the target

you undo your stance you turn your right foot  inward left foot outward arms outstretched palms down  chest open inhale lower yourself down bending   left knee, make sure it falls on the line of your  the line of your foot left hand grip   thumb towards the sky we look to that finger  concentrating we tighten the bowstring look at your target breathe  through the nose long deep [Sound] keep your posture tense  activate your awake muscles [Sound] continues to see beyond the effort the more effort the more  relaxation and calmness afterwards [Sound] the effort connects you with the  inner power and wisdom that you have the right resistance inside [Sound] inhales deeply   hold the air inside you exhale let go  the string of your bow shoots your target relax your posture you feel your heart pumping like a drum   the sound of your heart of your  drum is unique only yours inhale [Sound] exhale and slowly come down to the rock or diamond posture  of the rock or diamond remember to help yourself   of the adjustments so that your posture  but always accommodate yourself in this posture remember back straight  shoulders back down chin   inward our meditation today for the mind to focus  the mind to focus on what we want   to get use the fists with the thumb inside the elbows at our sides  inside the elbows at our sides remember   separate the shoulders from the ears so that the neck is stretched and  and here we inhale, exhale and exhale

we throw the fist forward turning to the left side making a small  left side making a small twist and we change the arm concentrating your gaze on a single point  one point this time we do not close our eyes

let your air out of your nose and increase the pace [Sound] push back with your elbows  get rid of the past you don't want   and push forward what you want to achieve [Sound] [Sound] [Sound] only with your constancy you arrive [Sound] inhales arms outstretched fists clenched [Sound] mulvan closes anogenitals navel closes active  stretch your back close your eyes feel yourself exhale relax and soften these muscles feel the breath inside you  strong inside carry your hands   in buddha mudra or in any other  other posture that is comfortable for you sit in the posture that  connects you the most with your being [Sound] listen to what's going on inside you [Sound] something has woken up [Sound] nothing to do and nothing to think about just breathe [Sound] listen to the heartbeat [Sound] feel more present and more deeply yourself [Sound] in your heart is slowly quieting its voice [Sound] visualize in your heart a  green point of light a flash [Sound] is the strength of your warrior [Sound] from the heart [Sound] and visualize that point of light growing radiating out energy all into your body [Sound] your organs [Sound] the light expands beyond your skin [Sound] the light of your warrior has awakened [Sound] for service of the world [Sound] a warrior I ask you to go  returning to this reality   without forgetting that presence the essence the firmness  remembering that to love is tenderness and is firmness   today we ask you to go through life as a warrior  with that presence look and see yourself as a warrior   you are inwardly how you function when you are present  how you act how you make decisions observe the warrior in you get to know yourself and  as always if it helps you, write it down in your notebook

write down any sensation you feel  any change you notice thanks for   to be with us on conscious television in our meditation course  our meditation course until next time [Sound]
