Work on the hips and lower back

Description

If we have as a reference the previous class, dedicated to the alignment of the hips, the standing postures are easier to execute. This will be the focus of this practice. A well-positioned pelvis prevents any tension that may be generated in the body and the feeling of space and lightness is greater in asanas that involve leg work. We will use supports and we will work with the feet apart to continue respecting and generating more sacral-lumbar space. Materials needed: two yoga belts, two blankets, and a chair.
