Overcoming Loss

Description     More info

Loss can cause us suffering, whether it be through a job, a change of home, circumstances or a loved one.

We propose a meditation to let go of our attachments.

Hello, how are you? Welcome back to conscious television to this new chapter of our rooms

Today we want to make you a special meditation to overcome the loss

Loss can be losing a job, can be a move, may be people leaving, may simply be a change of situation

The loss can generate suffering

Suffering can be the exaltation of pain, is not to be concentrated

The loss can also mean at the time that causes suffering excessive attachment to people, to situations

Our meditation will be very special for you

it will teach you to take a new consciousness of yourself, without attachment, flowing, open to whatever you have in life

I wish you to have a nice meditation

Who hasn't lost something in life? How do we feel when something disappears, something important in our life? is gone

Our body posture what we will start with today it's usually closed

Feel how you feel when you are closed

Turn your shoulders back, open your chest, lift up your head and watch the change

Today we will put our hands on our shoulders, we will open our chest wide and we'll make some turns to mobilize the energy, the heart chakra

Place your elbows so that they are parallel to the ground, back straight as always

Inhale, turn left, exhale, turn right

This twisting will massage your internal organs

and will make all the new blood flow from beneath, from thy belly to your heart

Let's get started

We inhale to the front, active, tense your arms, stretch your elbows each one towards a place, towards a direction, grow, exhale without lowering your shoulders

Relaxing a little bit, and now we inhale and we we lay down to the left side trying to touch the ground with the elbow

And we exhale, we go down to the other side

Notice the intense stretching of your sides

Make sure that your knees do not rise

No matter how far you go, no matter how deep you feel in stretch

A little more, hold on, hold on in your practice

Inhale in the vertical, ascend, tense your arms, try to separate your shoulders through your elbows

And you exhale, relax, lower your arms, relax your hands

And always remember your chest closed generates emotion of sadness, your chest open generates another attitude towards life

Today's meditation to calm our mind

is a mantra

The voice is a very powerful instrument for meditation

Sa Ta Na Ma is the mantra that we are going to recite today

First we will chant then the whisper and then in silence

The position of the hands is touching with, with the thumb the rest of the fingers with the syllables Sa Ta Na Ma Infinity, life, death and resurrection

The cycle of life, nothing ends, all is eternal

How are you doing? This is a very important meditation for life

Go out little by little, at your own pace

Come back to this place, open your eyes when you decide

And already becoming aware of your surroundings, of your life

Look at all those attachments that take away your freedom

Attachment to work, sometimes attachment to situations that are not at all positive in your life and yet you are attached to them

Attachments to people even if you love them, to love is not to be attached

Write it down

Back to consciousness in your life

See what sensations it produces in you

Thanks for being with us once again in this meditation, with conscious television
