I can put lavender scent to wake up right side- the feeling Silence

Friend and friend, What is the difference between thinking and feeling? Do you think you love? or Do you feel that you love? What difference does it make in our life if sometimes we confuse the one and the other and we get lost in the reasoning of things that prevent us from feeling

We lose ourselves in the fears that our reasoning creates

and we do not let ourselves be carried away by our feelings

Today we want to show you how to make a difference, within you, where you find the one and the other and what forms it has of expressing itself in life

In this meditation you will learn how it expresses itself within you so that you can express it on the outside of you

Good meditation my friend

Hello again

We are in this meditation course, today we balance thinking and feeling

If we calculate, we discern, we project and direct more than we intuit, we feel, we love and we enjoy our life loses balance

We start as usual mobilizing our body and we do a gymnastics, some exercises that change the structure, brain chemistry

We inhale, we bring the elbow to the right knee and exhale, we bring the right elbow to the knee left

You can increase the pace progressively

Powerful breathing

Clean your ducts, clean your lungs

Cross the midline of your body, balance your hemispheres

Inhale, arms in V, exhale, relax and now we do a brain movement exercise, a massage to our mind

Let's move our head from one side to the other

in short and small movements

You close your eyes

Like a little no

And feels inside your skull all vibrating

Stop, inhale

Observe, exhale

We sit down for our breathing meditation

To balance the thinking and feeling in us

we will use alternate breathing through the two nostrils

Three times from one side, three times from the other, covering with our right hand both orifices

To enhance the effect you can use therapeutic essences

The left side through which we breathe gives us action, thought, activity and the right side calms us, refreshes us

For the left side we can put a few drops of peppermint essence in our right palm

For the right hole we can place lavender essence on our left hand and we power the result

We plug the right hole, we inhale 3 times through the left one

We change hands and orifices

We change

We take the hands to our thighs, we place them indian mudra thumb and index finger and meditate in silence

Becoming conscious of our breath

I accept this moment present as it is

I live in balance and harmony

When I breathe in I realize that I breathe in, when I breathe out I realize that I breathe

I think and I feel that I'm leaving from meditation

Let me feel the benefit and from my thoughts I'm watching the rhythms

From the thought, from my head I go observing my feeling

Today I will observe how each level is expressed, how the feeling is expressed and thinking, the benefits of the one and the other and how can I reconcile them so that both go in favor of my life

I write it down in my notebook and I make myself present

Thank you friend, thank you friend, until the next meditation
