Do you want to know how to prepare a juice so that it contains and preserves all its properties? Lorena Delgado tells you the most important thing to know how to select the fruit at its most optimal point.
Each person has an organism and therefore there has to be a self listening to see which combined things suit you better and worse
But here we are going to give you a guide to understand a classification in the composition of fruits, in six types of foods and how to combine them
However, there are combinations that do not can be done: as in the case of bananas and milk, which increases toxins
The orange and the carrot that generates bile, acidity and reflux
Pineapple with the dairy, intoxicates the organism
Papaya with lemon, brings problems of blood and hemoglobin
The guava with the banana, generates acidity and gases
The orange with milk or dairy products, produces intoxication or putrefaction
Before starting to prepare our juices, we must take into account that not all fruits can be combined with each other
That's why fruits are classified into: sweet fruits, sour fruits, semi-acid fruits, and the neutral fruits which are also usually oily
I'm going to give you an example of which fruits belong to the different groups and how to combine them with each other
In the group of sweet fruits we have for example: the peach, the plum, banana, watermelon and melon
The last two being the ones with the least number of combinations
of all the fruits admit among themselves, it is preferable to eat them alone
Now we have the group of acid fruits, which as its name indicates, have high acidity content, among them we have: the pineapple, lemon, orange, currants and blueberries, among others
They are fruits that do not admit combinations with sweet fruits, but they can be combined with each other
We have from the semi-acid fruit group, those that are characterized by having little presence of acid
Within this group we can find: the handle, green apple, strawberry, raspberry
This group admits combination with acid fruits
Now let's go to the group of oily fatty fruits, which are characterized by having vitamins, proteins, salts and fats
In this group we are going to find: avocado, the coconut, the almonds, nuts
almost all nuts, and many of the seeds would also fall into this group
Oily fruits or fats can also be combined with proteins and some legumes
They match very well
You will give account than for the production of juices, that we have prepared, there are combinations with vegetables and vegetables like: celery, lettuce, spinach, cabbage
We've included them because, these, are easy to digest and can be combined
