Learn from Lorena Delgado the different types of juices and their benefits and how to prepare them
There are several ways to prepare juices: liquefied juices, juices pressed, squeezed and smoothies
Smoothies are usually fruit juices combined with dairy products, these are not very recommendable
almost no fruit admits dairy products, and some do, but only with vegetable milk
The liquefied juices, are the juices that are prepared with a blender normally
These are juices that are not normally recommended, because they are made with machines that have many revolutions per minute and what they do a little bit, is they burn the fruit and so you lose a lot of nutrients
Cold pressed or extracted juices, these are the most recommended because they have less revolutions when shredding, so it does not burn the fruit, retains its nutrients and enzymes better, it also prolongs the shelf life a little bit, that is, the liquid is not so much separated from the fruit and you can have
have a little more in the fridge
Another way to get the juice is by squeezing the fruit, as it's from the typical orange juice we use the juicer and so it is pretty easy and we won't lose not so many either nutrients and properties
