Today we are going to prepare a juice for intestinal inflammation
The ingredients are carrot and aloe vera
Aloe Vera is one of the few foods, that does not transform into gas when in contact with the intestine, its properties are activated anti-inflammatory and healing properties, soothes and tones, prevents contractions that cause pain
The carrot is rich in beta-carotene, hence its color, has healing properties, and anti-ulcer, to help improve the state of the digestive mucous membranes
We have aloe vera in two formats
If you find it more convenient, you can buy aloe vera juice, if you have the plant, it can also be done, it is quite simple
You have to peel the aloe vera, first we remove the spikes on the side
It peels off very easily
And then we will remove the skin, either with a knife, or it can also be with a peeler, it's easier if you don't want to get stuck
