Introduction to the Ocular Yoga course

Description

Ocular Yoga is a natural method whose objective is the recovery of the elasticity of the crystalline lens and eye muscles through their re-education and elimination of ocular tension. This method is based on 4 blocks: Nutrition and purification: the eyes resist tension better if they are well nourishedBody and eye strain. The eyes see badly because they are tense and are part of a tense body. General unblocking exercises are worked on Toning. The aim is to develop a strong and elastic ocular musculature. Perfect accommodation. The method applies exercises that facilitate the correct response of the eyes to any stimulus. Discriminating sensitivity. Critical sensitivity will evaluate the immediate ocular response in any situation. For this the attention is focused more on the eye itself than on what the eye sees.
