Today you have made the decision to practice with us this meditation

How did you decide to be here with us today? How do you decide in your life to do one thing or another? To have a partner, not to have a partner, to have a career, to study, take a job or not

How do you decide? What are the criteria for making decisions in your life? Do you make decisions based on what you feel like? or do you make decisions based on what you feel like? or do you make decisions based on what you feel like? or do you make decisions based on what you feel like? or do you make decisions based on what is good for your whole life, in a lasting solid way and forever? From where do you make decisions? Making good decisions can help us to have less suffering, to move away from difficult situations with difficult return

Where is the point of your decision, the criteria, your choice for life, where you want to go at this very moment

Welcome back here to conscious television, I'm Marisa Meher

and I will help you to make good decisions

First we start with the body posture, warming up and releasing energy in our body

We breathe in, we climb, lifting our heels and turning back our shoulders we exhale, we descend

Let the arms move freely for the shoulder to rotate backward to a greater extent

It is a posture of balance

We need balance mental and physical to decide, to choose

You inhale up, exhale down

And you're opening your arms a little bit more, opening a little bit more the circle of your shoulders

The twins burn, stay tuned steady

Inhale

Exhale

And we're going to sit down e our basic posture, back straight, chin in, shoulders relaxed

We join the palms of our hands together leaving the index fingers pointing forward

Lower your shoulders separate them from your ears, from your head and creates space in the neck

Feel that your crown is approaching to the stars, it stretches well

Aim where you want to go

When you have your position firm, stretched, all your muscles active close your eyes and take a long, deep breath

Grasp your hands tightly one against the other

Block your elbows

Your firmness guarantees success

Notice how you can inhale through your sides, from your ribs, how they grow and widen and as they exhale are compressed, contract

The tension returns, the action of the muscles of your body, of your arms

Determination

Aim on target

Inhale through the nose, fill yourself with air, open your eyes, look straight ahead in the direction of your fingers

Contracts mulbandh, anus, genitals, navel, navel raises the energy
