Meditation focused on energy and vitality. We will start with movements in our body to activate the energy of our Hara and we will practice fire breathing, which purifies and raises the temperature of our body. We invite you to reflect on those actions that give or take away energy throughout the day and how they influence our emotions.

To be vital we need to have the energy of our awakened hara

We can access it whenever we want, it is always there, has always been there

You can open your eyes, getting in touch with your space, today I propose to you to be very attentive of those moments of the day that fill you with strength and energy
