Hello, I'm Marisa Meher, as every day we meditate together and today let's recharge ourselves with energy and vitality, to dissolve tensions in any place

I'm here today, in this chair, because it's really one of the places where you can find yourself

Always remember, your back straight, your shoulders relaxed and slightly towards the back

The first exercises that we will do will be to mobilize the energy of the body, especially the energy of the body
