Description

Ayurveda is the oldest health and healing system in existence, originating in India and dating back more than five thousand years. Ayurveda means Science of Life. The fundamental purpose of Ayurveda is to maintain good health and healing. For Ayurveda, good health is not the absence of disease, but in the dynamic balance of the multiple layers that make up life: body, mind and soul. Ayurveda is a holistic, integrative yet individualized health system that recognizes each individual as a unique expression of nature, with a unique body and mind constitution.
