Prana is a Sanskrit word that means inspired air, therefore prana provides us with life and energy. The Hindus say that Prana basically enters through two channels: the Ida and the Pingala, which correspond to the left and right nostrils. Prana, above all, comes to us at dawn and dusk. You have to know how to handle prana and for this you have to train your breath. We also have to take into account the chakras, there are 7 main chakras and the energy is crouched in the lower chakra. It is important to perform chakra cleansing often.
