Yoga routine to do in the morning.

Namaste

In today's video we are going to offer you a routine to do in the morning, when we wake up during pregnancy

Let's start sitting down

Since we can do it when we get up and we are in bed

Before breakfast or anything and just a series of stretches and ways to mobilize our body and feel connected with the process

We would sit on the bed for example and with the legs crossed or whichever you are most comfortable with you just inhale, raise your arms and exhale intertwined fingers and grow up

You go to the side and towards the other

Inhale large, exhale loose arms widening your chest

Inhale up, Interlock your fingers from namaste and exhale round your back

Inhale one more time up, exhale to the sides, and release

Arms up and now your right hand to your left knee, your left hand goes backwards

You open your chest, you grow, you turn your torso and exhale

Inhale big up

Exhale to the other side

Inhale and exhale lower both arms

We would put ourselves in the position of balasana separating our knees well, bringing our hips back

We can do a more relaxing balasana first

Dedicating the time we need in each position, as if we want to repeat the stretches several times whatever you feel, during every morning

When we have already felt that opening that balasana offers us we do a balasana a little more active walking with the fingers of the hands, feeling greater stretch of our spinal column

How those vertebrae gain space and we walk to the left side and relax our head

We walk to the right side and relax there, feeling the lateral extension

We go back to the center and we walk with our hands, we sit above our heels

Let's get into a quadruped position

Let's start doing circular movements with our hip

To one side and to the other

And little by little we will begin to mobilize our entire spinal column, in the directions that the body asks us, they are like organic movements, fluids

We do not look so much now at the lineup as at come up with a lot of very different movements and feel like with those movements we massage our body

Feel how your scapulae join, separate, your spine raise and lower your hips stretch and they get together

Your neck also move it forward backward as you feel

We make the cow and cat pose a couple of times inhaling and exhaling

Now let's take our right foot outside of our right hand and here we do knee circles

Feeling how our hip open, sideways and towards another

We change legs

With our left foot outside of our left hand

And we do the same, circles with the knee, to one side and to the other

This already helps us stretch our legs, to open the hips and we return

We can go through balasana again if our body asks us

We sit back on our heels and we take a few breaths to activate our body

Inhaling sitting down and exhaling raise your arms, get up on your knees, inhale

Exhale, inhale

Exhale, inhale

And exhale

And now you sit up, if you are in bed then time to get up

If you are on the ground like me, then you get up with the help of your knee

And here spread your knees, your legs a meter wide with your fingers pointing out

You bring your hands to your hip and you make circular movements again to one side and to another

Breathe

And now are going to start making those circles more marked, you support your hands on your thighs you flex your knees

And the same organic movements how your body asks you, like a little dance

You are waking up your body, paying attention to every little corner every little hole in your body

If you don't manage well, you can stretch a leg, one arm, flex the opposite elbow, look towards the left shoulder and change

Inhale

You stretch both arms up

Exhaling bend both knees, palms to your chest, hands to thighs

Exhale, inhale, go up round

Exhale, inhale rise rounding your back, exhale through your mouth, inhale, exhale

Inhale, stretch your entire back, the last to come out are your shoulders and your chin, put your feet together

One hand to your tummy, another to your chest

Observe how your baby is, how are you today

You transmit your energy, your happiness, the illusion

Always all our love and our peace to share with him or her
