We continue with standing postures this time in flexion. Here we unite the knowledge that you have so far in terms of body movement, awareness in your hips, learning the Salute to the Sun to perform variations, standing postures in flexion to progress in these asanas and take you to the correct looseness and space in the hips for the moment of delivery and calm your nervous system.
