Now we are going to return to understanding to continue elaborating the fear of death. We are going to analyze how we understand death, from what concepts, ideas, presumptions we relate to that reality that we call death. This is fundamental, because many times we cannot properly understand a certain topic because the concepts we have are too narrow, too rigid and this prevents an authentic understanding of reality from arising that allows us to relate in an adequate way, balanced with that reality. And this is what happens with the subject of death, that the concept we have is narrow.
