I am very proud to know that you have reached this new stage. It is time to focus on your environment and your level of connection with it. You will already be feeling the effects of a greater inner connection and it is time to move to the next level. The level at which you will know how to perform aspects of everyday life through Mindfulness to more fully enjoy each action you carry out. During this stage of 10 episodes, you will learn to relate to your environment and with others in a fuller and deeper way, to de-automate processes that are deeply anchored in you to turn them into extraordinary experiences, to seek the beauty of the moment present anywhere and anytime and connect with the power of mother nature. You will discover the magnitude of your existence and the existence of everything that exists above and below you, you will learn how to enjoy your personal relationships much more, how to make routine a method of transformation and raise your consciousness beyond all the circumstances. It is time to be one with the whole and step into your greatness to change your life. For this phase we are going to perform some exercises in which you will need a sheet and a paper and a candle with some utensil that you can use to light it, such as matches or a lighter.
