16 Attention to internal dialogue

Description

Our internal dialogue shapes our beliefs about ourselves and about the world around us, but it also directly affects our mood and emotions. The language we use when we think and what we say with these thoughts to ourselves is much more important, powerful and disturbing than we think. Our internal dialogue is a reflection of our emotional states, our attitudes, beliefs, fears, among others. This relationship goes both ways, because our emotional states, our attitudes, beliefs, etc. they are in turn a reflection of our internal dialogue. It is interesting to know that the simple act of thinking about a certain topic can change our mood. If you think and speak positively, everything will change.
