Listening with the whole being is not limited to hearing or understanding. It demands emptying all the faculties, and when the faculties are empty it is the whole being that listens. It will be there when we will have rid ourselves of all preconceptions and prejudices. When we express ourselves openly and are vulnerable, we want to know what the other is feeling, what they are thinking and if they understand what we are expressing. When our hearts are small our understanding and compassion are limited and we tend to suffer. We do not accept others and demand that they change. When, on the contrary, our hearts expand, the little things do not affect us and our understanding and compassion will allow us to accept others and thus enjoy what we radiate. In today's exercise we will pay special attention to the sounds that we have selected for you. Relaxing sounds with different vibrational frequencies with which you will feel emotions that will make you wake up. Let yourself go.
