To accept is to stop suffering. When we learn to accept what is, something in us stops resisting and fighting life. This is one of the exit doors of suffering in which we are often entangled. Perhaps it is not new that acceptance is a sine qua non condition to find some peace in the face of those circumstances of life that we cannot control, which are the majority. Learn to relate to the events in your life in a different way. We suggest you change "mistake" or "failure" for learning or an invitation to inner calm.
