The Rishikesh series is one of the most complete series of postures in Hatha Yoga. It is made up of a set of 12 asanas whose name comes from the place in the Himalayas where they originated. These asanas combine stretching and also work the opening of the chakras. With it, it is possible to increase the strength of the spine, improve the circulatory and immune system and also contribute to strengthen the bones. It is accompanied by yogic breathing or pranayama so that through asanas the mind calms down, reducing stress. Regular practice is recommended to improve the body and mind. This series can contribute to the prevention of certain diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and arthritis.
