Are you concerned about your health and looking for a natural alternative to pharmacological drugs?
We have designed this course of medicinal plants with the collaboration of our expert Carolina Bueno, a graduate in Chemistry, Naturopathy and Phytotherapy.
Carolina has dedicated much of her time to the research of medicinal plants in the field, nourished by the knowledge of our elders about the traditional use of plants, an authentic cultural heritage transmitted from generation to generation for millennia.
What are medicinal plants and their benefits?
Medicinal plants (or herbal remedies) are a natural resource used to treat and prevent diseases since they contain chemical compounds useful for our health (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals and other beneficial compounds).
Medicinal herbs can be administered in different ways:
- Taken orally
- On the skin in the form of an ointment
- Inhaled
Each of them requires optimal ways of preparation and use that we will teach you during the course.
Keep in mind that some medicinal plants may be incompatible with pharmacological drugs, so it is advisable to consult your doctor beforehand.
We will also teach you how to prepare: oil for varicose veins, herbal tea for flu, depurative drink, calendula cream, cough syrup, analgesic poultice, constipation maceration, relaxing roll on, tincture for cystitis and digestive wine.
In short, with this course you will have the necessary tools to heal the most common ailments in the most natural and sustainable way possible.
