In this video Dragó talks about the ego and proposes a game used by the Vedas to know the deep self. The game is called Vichara-sangraham and consists of asking yourself 4 different times: Who am I? The ego is the labels, since we are born they begin to add labels to us. You need to love yourself and have a good opinion of yourself. If one is not at peace with oneself, it will hardly be with the rest of the universe.
