The psoas is the deepest muscle in the muscular system plus the one that contributes the most to stabilize the human body

This muscle that connects the spine And the legs helps us stay on our feet and makes possible raise our legs so we can walk

A psoas in good condition favors a correct body posture and offers settlement to the structure internal body

Eastern cultures have given it the title of muscle of the soul, due to its relationship with the central nervous system, because being connected with the diaphragm is directly related with the breath

The Psoas is considered the mouthpiece of emotions

Emotions that manifest so much butterflies in the stomach, as in a shrunken stomach and nervous

We know that the respiratory rate has a bidirectional relationship with our emotional state, for what is constituted as the messenger of our psychological state

It is therefore the muscle in charge of helping us oxygenate our mind

Stress linked to lifestyle that accompanies it can strain the psoas

This fact causes pain in the back and in the lumbar area, digestive problems, painful periods, among other conditions

If the state of stress becomes chronic, the psoas ends up shortening and hardening affecting our physical and emotional state and generating great discomfort that ends up exhausting our body

But above all the lumbar area

You will discover what asanas or yoga postures help you tone it up, what is the relationship psoas - emotions and we will end up opening ourselves to pranayama to release the diaphragm and take that breath that feeds and roots us

While in relation to the second chakra a released psoas allows us to develop creativity, primary feature of this energy center along with their relationship in function of the kidneys and bladder
