Introduction to the course

Description

Today you can start a series of meetings whose main theme is death. And death is a topic that should interest everyone, not only on a personal level but also as companions, because sooner or later, almost all of us can go through the situation of having a loved one, a friend going through an end-of-life process. . It is part of the nature of living beings, whose characteristic is not only to possess the quality of life, but to be irrevocably destined for death. Tibetan Buddhism has a very deep knowledge of the death process and everything that happens on a physical, mental and energetic level. We can say that Tibetan Buddhism has mapped the entire itinerary of what happens from the beginning of the death process, to cardiorespiratory arrest or clinical death and even beyond.
