[Sound] hello friend welcome to this new chapter of  meditation on television conscious television   that brings you closer to your self-knowledge remember  that meditation so that we can find   its effects we have to do it daily we have to be  we have to be constant in its practice to obtain its effects

   benefits today our meditation is water the water that can be the  water that can be the most destructive element   of nature or be the most life-giving element  in nature it can water a plant just as well as it can water a plant a   field that gives its fruits can clean a river as it can destroy all that it has in its surroundings   as it is in our inner self we let ourselves flow  in our sensations in what we feel that   we are we block that flow or we make pools where sensations and emotions accumulate   where when they stay they neither water nor build, they rot and  they rot they pervert in us as your flow   life you clean the streams the streams of your life  of your sensations and your thoughts you let them   everything flows to go to the sea to an infinite place  to a bigger place a place of life or you cut it off experience the flow again we are here together on television  conscious one more chapter one more step towards   growth towards inner knowledge  today we balance water the liquid element   70% of our body is water and like the tides, water moves us and determines our emotions

   as you know the meditations we do  have three parts the first one releases the   tensions of the body the second clears cleanses  and clears the mind and the third one is the silence   connects you with your deepest self to  prepare the body in this meditation and   balance our water we start from the basic posture  basic sitting don't forget to place your cushion no   under your buttocks if your hips are not at knee level

  are not at the level of your knees that   will help you to keep your back straight and firm  your shoulders relaxed and your chin slightly   inward when you feel tension in your legs you can  you can help yourself with some blankets and feel more secure and supported by placing your hands on your knees  your hands on your knees and we feel that our   backbone is a big wave in the ocean  so we bring the face closer to the ground we inhale and make a big s  with our spine and when we exhale we start again and we feel that our back becomes  our back becomes water exhale approaching the ground  inhale approaching the sky don't leave a vertebra unmoved in its place feel that they become the liquid element enjoy the movement find your rhythm [Sound] and listen to the sound of your  breathing like the waves of the sea that come and go [Sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [sound] [Sound] we inhale we bring our spine to  the vertical we open our chest wide   we fill ourselves completely with prana we smile and exhale a flexible column brings more youthfulness and gives you flexibility  and tolerance to life our meditation of the water element as well as the rest of the  other elements is by inhaling through the mouth in the form of o [Sound] and feeling the water entering your being and exhaling through your  you exhale through your nose the long deep smooth you close your eyes and we begin the experience [Sound] imagine you walk through a forest after a storm [Sound] smells musty [Sound] some birds sound [Sound] and you see the raindrops  sliding down the leaves to the ground the first rays of sun appear and you feel in the atmosphere the water in suspension you feel the water in you [Sound] you inhale through your mouth in the form of an o  absorbing you becoming water [Sound] at the maximum of your capacity you hold  a few seconds you exhale through your nose feeling the passage of the air from your lungs through your nasal passages  through your nasal passages to the outside [Sound] sucks the water [Sound] exhales its excess balance [Sound] retainer remains stay exhale and the palms of your hands forming a triangle  a triangle just below the navel feel the warmth of your palms in the second chakra in the  energetic center of water lightly presses [Sound] takes a long deep breath [Sound] and balance the water in you [Sound] you are water you are river you flow with life [Sound] your hands like the waves of the sea rise and fall [Sound] feel [Sound] here and now [Sound] it's time to flow and to move from a meditative state to a living  meditative state to a state of living in this reality
