Ying Yoga is a style that has become very popular in recent years, due to the possibility of working on a very deep level on the basis of our energetic balance. Ying yoga is an introspective, mobile style of yoga in which each asana is interpreted as a meditation. Ying is the feminine energy, the energy that absorbs, the energy of water and earth. We work with cold muscles in order to be able to work on a deeper level on the bone tissue.
