We will delve into two of Patanjali's Sutras: in Sutra 2 of Book 1 (Sutra 1.2): "Yoga is the cessation of identification with our mental fluctuations" and in Sutra 29 of Book 2 (Sutra 2.29): where Patanjali proposes an 8-step path to attain Liberation or cessation of mental movements.
