Nilesh spent many years studying Yoga in different ashrams in India. Nilesh specialises in Patanjali Maharishi's Ashtanga Yoga because of its scientific, systematic and methodical approach to maintaining a healthy body. He practices Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of B.N.S Iyengar.
