Our life is often affected by the accelerated pace of everyday life and the stress of not always being able to get to everything. Our mind does not stop thinking for a single moment and this affects the feeling of not feeling rested or relaxed.

Meditation and mindfulness are techniques that help us to calm our mind, relax our body and find inner peace.

In addition, learning to meditate helps to improve your self-esteem. Although relaxation is not the goal of meditation and mindfulness, it is usually one of the most immediate results. The real goal of mindfulness is the absence of goals, it is simply about being present, here and now.

If you need to turn your current life around, this is your CHALLENGE.

In it, you will identify where you are right now, where you want to go, plan short, medium and long term goals and optimize your environment to make the change possible.

You will say goodbye to all those beliefs that limit you, you will learn to leave behind victimhood to be responsible for your actions, your circumstances and your life. You will get the tools you need to achieve the right attitude to take the step, such as motivation, visualization and inspiration, among others.

Many of you have already spent a week working on meditation and mindfulness, let's continue to deepen our inner self to heal it and feel the transformation happening.
